Volunteering can be a small or large commitment depending on your role.
CARE PARTNER
Care Partners are businesses that are willing to offer services to hospitality workers in need:

Lawyers

Drug and alcohol treatment professionals

Oral surgeons

Furniture sellers

Used vehicle dealers

CDAIDE operates exclusively by referral (managers and coworkers referring those in need) and evaluates candidates, so you can be confident that you are providing care to someone who truly needs help.
Care Partners decide what they will offer each year and are not asked to contribute beyond that. You can provide a yearly care investment either through a maximum dollar amount or a maximum number of people (for example, “I will provide a maximum of $1000 value auto service per year,” or “dental work for three individuals per year,” or “up to five sessions of counseling for two individuals per year”). You can always refuse service for any reason.
