Brenda moved to Coeur d' Alene in 2016 to be closer to her daughters and grandsons. Her job history includes hospitality and customer service, with an extensive background in accounting and taxes. She has been involved with nonprofit fundraising, including five years as the executive director of an Idaho-based crisis pregnancy center. Her board of directors experience ranges from Habitat for Humanity to 4H and local fair boards. She attends Lake City Church and is active on their service teams including food bank programs and 1st Impressions. Brenda raised her two daughters as a single mom; one has been a manager with Starbucks for 16 years and one a USMC veteran and homemaker. Brenda is a retired navy veteran. She's excited about the Christian vision and mission of CDAIDE and growing relationships with our hospitality community. Brenda serves as CDAIDE's Care Counselor.
