Andrew Steiner is a native of the Northwest. Having been born in Spokane WA and raised in Post falls ID, Andrew has spent his entire life exploring Kootenai County and its surrounding areas, enjoying everything it has to offer. At 21, and after spending considerable time working in the customer service industry, Andrew decided to make a career change and enter the world of construction. Over the next 6 years of his life Andrew learned the ins and outs of residential and commercial construction, as well as the process of property maintenance. The move into construction gave Andrew the realization that he would be best suited to serve his community through a career in real estate where he could utilize both his customer service and construction skills. Andrew achieved a business degree from Lewis-Clark State College, started his own handyman business, and then acquired his license in real estate. Andrew began working at Windermere Coeur d’Alene Realty in 2020 and his wife, Suzi, joined the team in 2022. Having experience in project management and working in conjunction with others, Andrew is ready to take on any challenge and believes that any opportunity to help clients meet their goals is an opportunity for personal growth and a chance to better serve. Andrew is looking forward to serving on the CDAIDE board and helping serve those who do so much to serve all of us! When Andrew isn’t building things, fixing things, or helping his clients, he can be found spending time with his wife and son. Andrew also enjoys exercising, hunting, fishing, playing golf, and trying to catch up on his own house projects.
