Shane began his professional career in the hospitality industry over 10 years ago, and has a BS in Hospitality Management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He has held leadership positions at hotels in California, Colorado, Washington, and Idaho. Shane transitioned to a recruiting role working for Amazon.com Workforce Staffing, where his primary focus is providing stable employment for those in Eastern Washington and North Idaho. In addition to working with CDAIDE, Shane also serves on the board for another nonprofit in North Idaho. Shane serves on the board of directors of CDAIDE as the Vice President.
