Cory English is a Physical Therapist, and has spent her career in the hospital and in-patient rehabilitation settings. She moved to Coeur d’Alene in 1961, and she and her husband Dan have raised 4 children in the area. As a student, she worked in restaurants as a waitress and understands the financial and social stresses of hospitality work. Cory has been passionate about mission work, both locally and internationally, particularly as a means to meet the needs of those who struggle daily to meet their financial needs and obtain a better life for their families. From her work in health care, she is well aware that a sudden illness or injury can be the factor that endangers a stable future. She sees her involvement with CDAIDE as an outgrowth of these interests, and a direct way to minister to the local community.
